YOGA

Hands in Harmony have a new yoga timetable to bring different styles of yoga under one roof to promote health and wellbeing to everybody.

We aim to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible, from those wishing to develop greater strength and fitness to those dealing with anxiety and stress. Our classes are for all regardless of experience with alternative postures offered to help individuals develop their practice. We provide a positive and relaxed environment to explore different styles of yoga to help you find the style most suited to you.
Power Yoga
(Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm)

Moderate paced style of Yoga where sets of series of poses are performed. The class is slightly demanding because of the constant movement from one pose to the next with great attention to correct breathing and body alignment. In yoga terminology, this movement is called flow.


Sivananda Yoga

This class includes breathing exercises followed by a beautiful sequence of postures designed to strengthen body and mind

Meditation

Get yourself centred and start the day with a guided meditation. Gain inner peace, increase your self-awareness, expand your consciousness and feel inspired afterwards.
Gentle Flow Yoga
(not available this term)
A flowing sequence of postures designed to open the body and restore balance perfect for newbies, over 50’s and those wanting to fine tune their practice. This is a slower paced class.
